Alohilani Washburn

Alohi Washburn was born and raised in Kona on the Big Island of Hawai‘i. Independent
and driven from a young age, she left home at just 12 years old to attend Kamehameha
Schools at Kapalama as a boarding student. After graduating high school, she pursued a
Marketing degree at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and remained on the east coast for
21 years before returning to the Big Island in 2020. She now resides on O‘ahu with her three
sons.

Alohi has always ha a deep passion for housing and design. With a contractor father and a mother who adored interior design, her love for architecture and creative expression was sparked early. Over the years, she has bought and sold several properties- renovating and even building one from the ground up as an owner-builder. Most recently, she rebuilt her home in Kona.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Alohi worked as a project manager for McIvor
Construction. Having experienced both sides of the real estate process, she deeply
understands the emotional and financial journey that comes with buying or selling a home.
