Setsu Arai was born in Tokyo, Japan, and spent her early ages in London. She is bilingual in English and Japanese. She also studied at University of London, and graduated from Waseda University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Science. She has experiences as a network news producer, translator, photographer, and ESL teacher.
Being customer-centric, serving people is her pure joy. Setsu always puts her clients’ needs first and works on building long lasting relationships. She cares.
