Toshiaki Takeuchi

Toshiaki is a graduate of Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan where he earned his B.A. in economics.

After graduation, Toshiaki launched his career of international businesses at a general trading company in Tokyo. He was a world traveler in charge of automobile export and import business.

In 1991 Toshiaki and his wife Kaoru moved to the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. There they raised two daughters, and in his spare time Toshiaki would golf and fish in trout streams. As a mangement consultant, Toshiaki focused on assisting Japanese companies starting new businesses in the United States.

In 1999 Toshiaki obtained his real estate license in Ann Arbor, Michigan to enrich his ability to sell residential, commercial, and industrial property for his clients.
Moving to Columbus, Indiana in 2004, Toshiaki was E.V.P. and Treasurer of a leading automotive parts manufacturer until his move to the Big Island in 2016.

A Kailua Kona resident since 2016, Toshiaki is a dog lover, enjoys golf, snorkeling, and is an enthusiastic member of the community.
