Kathryn was born and raised in the beautiful historic town of Mendocino, California. As a daughter of a building contractor she grew up on the job site watching and helping her father build. She admired as he remodeled old victorian homes while still keeping their historical value and patina. She learned the true value of constructing a new home from start to finish as she saw first hand the many elements of a home. With this upbringing a project house always excites her and she appreciates a home for all its worth.
Kathryn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Deaf Studies at California State University Northridge emphasizing in community service. Kathryn is an absolute go-getter and no matter what she sets her mind to, she accomplishes.
Kathryn is known for her personable character, enthusiasm, and compassionate nature.
With her extensive background in specialties such as childcare, customer service, and construction, she takes pride in all of her work experiences and is happy to have found the career she is truly passionate about in Real Estate.
