Kathryn Casey is a Realtor in Kailua-Kona who combines island heart with a builder’s eye for detail. Growing up in Mendocino, California as the daughter of a building contractor, Kathryn spent her childhood on job sites learning how great homes are thoughtfully built, cared for, and restored. That early exposure gave her a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, quality, and the stories homes carry.

Kathryn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Deaf Studies from California State University, Northridge, where she focused on communication, connection, and community service.
