Prior to becoming Principal Broker for Luva Real Estate, Mr. Gulick oversaw daily operations for Aloha Kona Realty for seven years. For the 35 years prior he was engaged as a real estate investor in Hawaii and California. Mr. Gulick has an AB in Economics from Stanford University as well as an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
